FOUNDER

Valerie is an experienced executive with over 17 years of financial management and operational experience as a Finance Director, Us Group Controller, Financial Analyst, and a licensed CPA for public and private companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 businesses. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, services, and commercial financial services within oil and gas, semiconductor, natural gas, LNG, and financial markets. She is expert at quickly assessing the key indicators that drive success in any business model. Valerie uses this knowledge to help business owners develop processes, systems, and financial reporting that increase cash and drive bottom line results. She has experience working with emerging businesses, financial turnarounds, and businesses experiencing rapid growth. Her expertise includes:

Valerie is a results-oriented executive who has served as a coach and mentor for the Small Business Association (SBA.gov) and as a fractional CFO for various organizations. She is a progressive leader, operational strategist, and trusted advisor with a record of sound financial guidance in complex settings demanding key business acumen. A driver for operational and financial efficiency who establishes core metrics that optimize team performance and maximize capital position. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at University of Houston, Accounting, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. She also enjoys volunteering her time teaching financial literacy at The Women’s Shelter.
